Method
Seven steps, no grey areas
From the first briefing to the closing statement. Each phase has an owner and a deadline: you always know what to expect and what’s needed from you.
1 · Briefing and goals
A thirty-minute call: stand size, opening days, commercial goal, brand tone, languages needed. Out of it comes the real number of people you need, which is often different from what you had in mind.
2 · Written quote in 24 hours
You get a document with profiles, headcount, hours, daily cost per role, any extras (travel, uniforms, overtime) and the total. No surprise line items on the invoice.
3 · Selection and shortlisting
We send you a shortlist of candidates with photo, experience, languages and availability. You choose; if a profile doesn’t convince you we replace it before confirmation, no arguments.
4 · Contracts and paperwork
Engagement, contracts, mandatory notifications, insurance cover and payments are on us. The exhibiting company receives a single invoice from OPEN S.r.l.
5 · Product training
A briefing over video call or in person on your materials, with the script you want. The team arrives knowing the model names — they don’t learn them in front of the first visitor.
6 · Fair and continuous support
Team leader on site, daily roll-call, immediate replacements in case of a hitch, and an OPEN contact reachable for the whole event.
7 · Report and close-out
At the end of the event you receive the attendance statement, the file of collected contacts and a short note on what worked and what we would change for next edition.
